POSITION DESCRIPTIONIn line with the BSEMEA strategy, the Marketing Intern will assist the Marketing Coordinator with general departmental duties, including supporting and executing the marketing plan for the Portuguese Market (BSPO) in full alignment with the SWR Head of Marketing and BSEMEA Marketing Guidelines.
The BSPO Marketing Intern will have the opportunity to develop its career and skills through a cross-functional support role in all marketing activities within the country, ensuring the proper implementation of Brand Platform Activation, Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, Mobility Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, and Communication.
This role is based in Madrid, supporting the Portuguese Marketing Team. A bilingual level of Portuguese is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIESTrade Marketing Support Support in the implementation of Trade Marketing campaignsOperational support of Trade Marketing campaigns through Promotional Platform managementSupport for the distribution of materials in Trade Marketing campaignsSupport to the operational activities of Trade MarketingProduct and Mobility Marketing Integration in the execution of Product/Mobility Marketing projects exclusive to the regionAdaptation of Product/Mobility Marketing Communication Materials for the different channels and platformsSupport to operational activities of Product MarketingBrand Platforms Activation Support for implementing Brand Platforms Activations, externally and internally.Support for the execution of corporate events on different channels.PR & Communication & Digital Marketing Support for the implementation of the Communication and Accompaniment plans of Digital PlatformsSupport the development of Internal CommunicationSupport in the implementation and development of Digital CampaignsA&P Control Integration into the Budget A&P planning and support processesREQUIRED SKILLSCreative and InnovativeLearning CapacityPlanning organizational capacityStrong Communication CapabilitiesGuidance for the resultWork capacity in equipmentHigh level of Communication and Presentation, MS Office especially ExcelREQUIRED LANGUAGESPortuguese: BilingualSpanish: Basic/IntermediateMORE INFORMATIONAll applications will be reviewed.
