Descripción del puesto
- Una empresa líder en juegos de azar en línea está buscando un gerente de marketing experimentado para dirigir la estrategia general de marketing y liderar a un equipo de 5 personas. Resumen de **Responsabilidades**:

- Responsabilidad de encabezar los canales de adquisición como Marketing de Afiliados, SEO, Transmisores de TV, Transmisores de Casino, Foros, programáticos, marketing digital, etc.
- Obtener oportunidades de medios de volumen a través de acuerdos directos con editores, redes, intercambios de medios, proveedores de generación de correos electrónicos y leads, etc.
- Responsabilidad del desarrollo e implementación de promociones y campañas de marca, CRM y retención.
- Diseñar estrategias, planes y tácticas para mejorar el desempeño general.
- Responsabilidad del desarrollo e implementación de un esquema de lealtad en todas las marcas y productos.
- Analizar y mejorar las tasas de conversión por canal, creatividad y campaña.
- Participar en la planificación presupuestaria anual del grupo.
- Analizar el desempeño pasado de bonos y campañas para proponer y administrar futuras.
- Preparar presupuestos para campañas, esquemas, iniciativas, incentivos y otras actividades de marketing.

**Requisitos**:

- 5 años de experiência gerencial comprobada en un nível senior en el mercado de apuestas de Europa, África o América Latina.
- Educado en el nível universitario en al menos una de las siguientes disciplinas: Marketing, Negocios, Matemáticas, Estadísticas.
- Experiência y comprensión extensa de marketing en juegos en línea. - Nativo, fluido en inglés y español.
- Altamente creativo con un enfoque visionario en marketing.
- Experiência comprobada y conocimientos de sistemas CRM.
- Conocimiento y experiência extensos de herramientas y iniciativas de retención.
- Fortes habilidades de organización y priorización.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de alta presión y dinámico.
