Grupo Mosh, a fast-growing luxury lifestyle brand, currently has 6 locations and is expanding rapidly. The group has multiple beach clubs, restaurants, and night clubs, showcasing music and nightlife.
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for delivering all marketing activities for all locations, with the help of the marketing team, whom the manager will supervise and train as needed.
The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and support wider business development. The General Marketing Manager will lead a team of professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams, including branding, events, production, public relations, design, and social media.
You must study and understand your approved annual marketing budgets and work within these budgets to meet your targets and objectives. The marketing manager acts as a brand ambassador and is responsible for maintaining brand standards in their location, educating themselves on standards and company policies.
Main Responsibilities:
Take an active role in developing the group strategy to ensure marketing and communications efforts are aligned.
Execute brand initiatives and activations to maximize impact from PR, social, digital marketing, and programming events.
Support venue openings/launch activations and the creation of initiatives, including a highly programmed calendar.
Serve as the primary local brand ambassador, being the local expert on brand standards, tone of voice, and aesthetics.
Support and supervise digital planning and actions in conjunction with a Brand Marketing Manager.
Support PR and influencer outreach in conjunction with a local Spanish PR agency.
Supervise photo shoots planned for venue campaigns.
Fulfill multiple duties at key events, including openings, marketing and branding activations, special parties, and more.
Develop a communications plan with property and agency to best market the brand positioning and Grupo Mosh guests.
Liaise with media requests on a reactive and proactive basis; create and develop dialogue about the Firm and our practice and industry groups with agreed key target media.
Oversee all aspects of Communications: PR, Social Media, and media.
Execute and develop strategic brand initiatives. Generate and secure creative collaborations and partnerships.
The Ideal Candidate:
A person with a background in Marketing, Communication, and PR, and a deep knowledge of the latest trends in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, and gastronomy, both locally and internationally. In addition:
Someone with a passion for and knowledge of the hospitality industry.
A brand guardian across all channels.
A creative thinker capable of translating ideas and visions into reality.
Someone proactive who can work independently but enjoys being sociable and collaborative.
Someone with a creative eye for detail.
A great communicator who knows how to manage multiple stakeholders.
Able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and working productively under pressure.
Required Experience:
2-3 years of experience in hospitality is an asset.
Degree in Marketing, Tourism, or similar. A Master's in Marketing is valuable.
Valuable experience in corporate positions.
Basic knowledge in marketing, advertising, and public relations. Knowledge in design and social media will be valued.
User-level knowledge in Canva, Excel, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Very high level of English.
Commitment to live in Marbella.
