Booking Sales Agent with German

**What would be the responsibilities of this position?**
- **Booking Management**: Process bookings efficiently using booking systems or software, ensuring accuracy in details such as dates, boat types, amenities, and any special requests.
- **Reservation Handling**: Handle boat reservations, including confirming bookings, issuing booking confirmations, and processing payments or deposits as required.
- **Sales Assistance**: Assist customers in choosing the most suitable options based on their needs and budget, upselling additional services or amenities where appropriate.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests with care and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach.
- Solution and result-driven person.
- Flexible, easygoing, and adaptable team player with a positive ‘can-do attitude’.
- Fluent in English and a native German speaker.
