**Startup Valencia** es una organización privada y sin ánimo de lucro que nace en 2017 como Asociación Valenciana de Startups para representar a las startups de la Comunidad Valenciana y ser el referente de un ecosistema de empresas innovadoras y tecnológicas, impulsando la competitividad de la economía valenciana.

Entre los **principales objetivos de Startup Valencia** se encuentran la consolidación de la Comunidad Valenciana en el ámbito tecnológico, el fomento del emprendimiento, la conexión con el talento y la creación de un marco adecuado para el escalado de proyectos digitales.

**Seguimos creciendo** como organización y para la siguiente etapa que tenemos que afrontar necesitamos incorporar un Head of Operations que nos ayude a conseguir nuestros objetivos.

**_¿Cuáles serán tus aportaciones al proyecto?_**

**Tu misión **como **Head of Operations **será ayudar y supervisar las operaciones de la organización y realizar los cambios necesarios para cumplir con los objetivos y proyecciones de los proyectos.

**_ Operation & Impact Leadership_**
- ** Ejecutar la estrategia **de Startup Valencia y medir la consecución de la misma.
- **Acompañar, coordinar y eficientar las áreas de Startup Valencia**. Trabajar las interdependencias que existen entre las diferentes áreas.
- **Recoger las necesidades **de las diferentes áreas.
- ** Analizar los recursos existentes (**tanto económicos como profesionales) y balancearlos para crear un mayor impacto en la organización.
- ** Crear los procedimientos internos **(objetivos, flujos de comunicación, procesos de trabajo etc.).
- ** Planificar procesos **internos de Startup Valencia.
- ** Supervisión **de que se estén ejecutando correctamente los procesos.
- Nexo entre el CEO y el equipo de Operations & Impact.

**_¿Qué te hará triunfar con nosotros?_**
- **
Más de 5 años **de experiência en puestos similares. (Experiência en startups será valorable)
- Tener **visión general y holística de negocio** y capacidad de diálogo con las diferentes áreas de negocio.
- La **iniciativa**, la **organización** y la capacidad de **liderar proyectos de forma autónoma**, serán la clave del éxito en esta posición
- Experiência en** gestión de proyectos y construcción de objetivos**
- **Conocimiento del mundo del emprendimiento es un plus.**
