**La Crisálida Retreats **are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced vegan/plant-based cook to join their kitchen team to cover long term sickness.

**About Us**:
La Crisálida Retreats is a health and wellness oasis located in the tranquil town of Albir, on the Costa Blanca. We offer an all-inclusive retreat experience in our peaceful and welcoming center to guests from all over the world. Our holistic approach to health and wellness is based on a program of activities that includes yoga, workshops, meditation, rebounding, and much more, complemented by tasty nutritious **plant-based **meals and natural juices.

**About the Position**:
You'll be responsible for creating delicious and nutritious **plant-based meals** for our guests, ensuring a memorable culinary experience. This role combines guest interaction and back-of-house tasks. Previous experience with plant-based food and juicing is preferred but training will be provided.

**Essential skills and requirements**:

- High Level of **English**, basic Spanish
- Minimum 1 year/s of **experience** cooking in a professional kitchen
- Excellent knowledge of **food allergens**:

- Strong **communication** and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a **team**:

- Attention to detail and commitment to **quality**:

- **Flexibility** to work evenings and weekends
- Located in the area (03581 L'Alfàs del Pi)
- DNI or NIE required
