**MISIÓN**: Tu misión principal será supervisar el área de Recepción, en ausencia del manager. Colaborarás en la maximización de las ventas y Upselling. Realizarás un seguimiento continuo para asegurar el bienestar del cliente durante su estancia e intentar siempre superar sus expectativas.
**¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?**
- Experiência mínima de 2 años como recepcionista, ejerciendo funciones de supervisión en hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas.
- Experiência en el sector lujo.
- Formación relacionada con el puesto.
- Nível Alto de inglés. Valorable un segundo Idioma.
- Conocimiento del PMS Opera.
- Dominio Paquete Office
