Seleccionamos este perfil para importante grupo hotelero malagueño, para trabajar en su sede central ubicada en el centro de Málaga.
En general será responsable de realizar estudios, análisis, control, optimización de los servicios y gestión del total de ingresos para maximizar la rentabilidad y minimizar los costes por todos los servicios prestados de restauración y alojamiento de toda la cadena de hoteles.
Entre sus funciones, principalmente deberá:
- Demostrar un conocimiento profundo y experiência en el estudio y análisis del mercado turístico, motivación y orientación al cliente. En este sentido, deberá conocer la previsión de reservas según el mercado turístico en la ciudad de Málaga.
- Análisis, fijación y modificación de precios, con la previsión de ingresos, minimización de costes y margen de rentabilidad.
- Deberá aplicar estrategias para evaluar el grado de satisfacción/recomendación del servicio de los clientes.
Se busca una persona con formación en Turismo, con al menos 2 años de experiência en el puesto, nível de inglés fluido hablado y escrito, flexibilidad horaria.
Se ofrece jornada laboral completa, contrato inicial temporal por sustitución hasta octubre, salario bruto 1.800 ?/mes.
