Qué harás día a día

**Responsabilidades**:

- Entusiasmo por trabajar en equipo.
- Interés por la venta de productos para la decoración del hogar y por el día a día de las personas.
- Establecer prioridades y organizar tu trabajo para aprovechar al máximo tu tiempo.
- Valorable un B2 en segundo idioma.
- Experiência en diferentes programas: ISELL, SALJA, P-TAG.
- Conocimiento del surtido completo IKEA, incluyendo los sistemas complejos de planificación (Metod, Pax, Bestå, etc.).
- Conocimiento en Urban Store, Click & Collect, Pick-up & Order Point, etc.)
- Experiência en rutinas y procedimientos de Ventas (Picking, reposición, TTs, etc.)
- Ofrecer a los clientes un servicio completo de Decoración, que comprende el diseño de una o varias estancias de la casa, la planificación de las soluciones elegidas, la venta de los productos y servicios, y el cobro/financiación.
- Ofrecer una experiência de compra divertida, cómoda y satisfactoria - para mejorar las ventas y lograr una rentabilidad sostenible a largo plazo en un nuevo formato comercial.
- Contribuir a posicionar la marca IKEA como la primera elección de decoración del hogar, para ampliar al máximo las ventas y la rentabilidad a largo plazo, basándome en mi conocimiento de la vida en el hogar.
- Optimizar la experiência de compra en todos los formatos comerciales IKEA, para garantizar la satisfacción de los clientes y aumentar las ventas.
