We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Regional Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of strategic projects. This position will be based in Madrid and will report directly to the MAR Chief Operations Officer at regional level. The team: Transformation Office believes in creating an exciting work environment in which we can develop professional skills around leading change, inspiring teams and developing professional collaboration in an international environment. Team members from all backgrounds get together here to tackle complex strategic transformation projects. We believe in sharing knowledge and collaborating, because only if we can improve ourselves, we will be able to help Coface improve sustainably.
Missions

Build-up and manage transformation programs, according to the company's strategy

Plan and follow up the activities, motivate and inspire team to successfully complete tasks

Build strong relationships, achieve buy-in of key stakeholders and influence others

**Risk management**: coordinate the issues to be solved and decisions to be taken

Ensure key deliverables are met, the projects finishes on time and budget

Report at different levels (tactical/operational/board of directors) with timely and effective communication on opportunities, wins, financial impacts, KPIs, and concerns

Manage successful handoffs to business owners and project closing

All this activities will be performed with the support of a PMO team in charge of the strategic projects portfolio (coordination of projects & provide global vision and coherency between projects).

Experiences

7-10 years experience of project management in strategic organizational transformation contexts.

Strong proven experience in multinational/multicultural projects

Ability to make decisions without total visibility, ability to adapt to frequent changes and contingencies, management of time pressure priorities.

Excellent abilities to communicate at all levels of the organization

**Technical skills**:
Excellent -proven
- ability of project and change management (Waterfall, Agile Project Management tools).

In-depth knowledge of project management processes and tools (planning, risk monitoring, etc.).

Ability to anticipate risks, and manage mitigation them with key stakeholders.

Excellent level of English required.

**Languages**:
English fluent.

Spanish fluent.
