Customer Engineer
- Desarrolla actividades de Instalaciones, Certificación e Implementación de Cableados y Mantenimiento Técnico de los equipos de los clientes, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de los mismos y la satisfacción del cliente.
- Es responsable de Confeccionar y reportar los Informes de Actividad, acorde con las herramientas de gestión establecidas por la Compañía.
- Contribuye y alcanza los Objetivos Operativos marcados por la Dirección de Servicios.
- Provee soporte hardware y software en equipos de Financial (Cajeros), equipos de Retail/Hospitality y equipos de Networking
- Atención y cierre de llamadas de clientes, desde la asignación del trabajo hasta la reparación del incidente del cliente, cumpliendo los SLA’s establecidos
Contribuye a la satisfacción del cliente
- Responde a los problemas y preguntas de clientes, utilizando mecanismos de escalación establecidos por la organización en caso de requerirse (compañeros, jefe inmediato, FSC, etc)
- Desarrolla un entorno de trabajo en equipo con los compañeros y otros grupos de gestión dentro de la empresa.
- Debe establecer un dialogo profesional con el cliente, partiendo de la base que, como Customer Engineer, es la representación de la marca NCR.
- Mantiene la custodia, inventario y cuidado de los activos de la compañía asignados como herramientas de trabajo para el desempeño de su función (repuesto, software, furgoneta, documentación, propiedad intelectual, etc)
- Es responsable de la ejecución y cumplimiento de los procesos establecidos para el correcto desempeño de su función.
- Requiere disponibilidad para la realización de turnos o guardias definidas en planes rotatorios acorde con los horarios establecidos con los clientes para la realización de los trabajos
- Preferiblemente formación en Riesgos Laborales
- Se requiere disponibilidad de movilidad para todo el territorio nacional
- Localización: Preferentemente Cataluña, Valencia, Islas Baleares y Madrid
