Take the next step in your career by considering this job position. You will be working on a project with straightforward processes, where precision is of utmost importance. Your main responsibilities will revolve around addressing inquiries from credit card holders and ensuring the security and safeguarding of credit card data. This includes conducting identity verification, providing answers to customer queries, and guiding them through necessary steps.

To ensure your success in this role, a comprehensive training program will be provided, with a specific focus on privacy-related topics. The training period will span five days, including one day dedicated to practical exercises.

Embark on this new adventure and join our team, where you will not only have the opportunity to work in Barcelona but also receive the necessary training to excel in your role while ensuring the privacy and security of credit card data.

Tasks
- Blocking lost/stolen credit and debit cards
- You will handle inquiries from credit card holders and ensure the security and protection of credit card information
- Identity verification, answering questions and explaining any steps are among your core duties
- Checking temporarily blocked cards for transactions and permanently blocking or unblocking the credit card
- Handling claims files

- Experience as a Customer Service Agent
