**Overview**:
Tradebe Environmental Services is a leading provider of environmental solutions, specializing in the management and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Digital Innovation department as a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) Analytics. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful deployment and utilization of our new data analytics platform and corporate reporting tool (Power BI).

**Responsibilities**:
1. Business Relationship Management:

- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are effectively translated into the design and functionality of the data analytics platform and Power BI reporting tool.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data analytics needs, including data visualization, reporting, and insights generation, and provide guidance on leveraging the capabilities of the platform and Power BI to meet these needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as a liaison between business units and the Digital Innovation team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

2. Data Analytics Platform Deployment:

- Play a crucial role in the successful deployment of the new data analytics platform, working closely with the Digital Innovation Manager and the Data Engineer.
- Collaborate with the Digital Innovation Manager & Data Engineer to define the implementation roadmap, including data integration, data modeling, and user access management, to ensure the platform meets the organization's data analytics requirements.
- Support the change management process, providing guidance and training to stakeholders on the utilization and benefits of the data analytics platform.
- Engage with third parties to deal with the expected Analytics demand.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience (X years) in a similar role, preferably within the environmental services industry or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as DAX, Python, R, SQL, and Tableau (or similar visualization tools).
- Solid understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data quality best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience with deploying data analytics platforms and familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is highly desirable.
