Tableau Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for finance analytics, ensuring accuracy and usability
• Collaborate with the finance team to understand data requirements and translate them into effective visualizations
• Optimize dashboard performance and user experience through efficient design and data structuring
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the analytics platform

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
• Proven hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation for analytics purposes
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Tableau dashboard development for finance or business analytics
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tableau Desktop Qualified Associate certification or higher
• Experience in financial industry or working closely with finance teams
• Familiarity with other BI tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or Looker
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes (experience with Databricks is preferred)
