**Description**

**Summary**:
The Channel and Marketing Manager develops strategies and action plans aligned with region strategy priorities to improve market share through a marketing plan and marketing initiatives, while strengthening channel relationships and customer satisfaction. The position is responsible for supporting the sales team in developing and implementing channel maintenance and recruitment strategies. Provides leadership and direction for new channel partners to ensure that they meet sales and business objectives. This role also involves collaborating with field sales and product management to improve channel performance, leveraging product branding with integrated marketing strategies, and improving all customer relationships and channel relationships. The role will entail managing both the channel growth requirements and driving new marketing strategies across the EMEA & CIS region.

**Duties**:

- Channel Governance - Manages distributor relationships, including distributor agreements, cancellations, and on-boarding following process and governance requirements. Develops distributor profiles. Interacts with legal, as required. Leads business specific focus groups.
- Channel Interface - Acts as the channel ‘gatekeeper’ for all channel communication, including service bulletins, training, and announcements.
- Channel Strategy - Utilises market specific data and industry and economic insight to develop channel strategy. Builds consensus among sales and key stakeholders. Manages scorecard and analyses evolving market metrics and implements counter measures, as necessary. Interprets market and channel micro trends and determines overall impact on channel strategies. Develops channel partner profiles.
- Channel maintenance - Identifies and works closely with lower performing channel partners to improve performance. Develops process to ‘rack and stack’ channel partners and appropriate rewards for performance (i.e. Rebate, scorecards, etc.).
- Channel development - Support the sales team in the identification of potential channel partners. Identifies the needs, wants and interests to become a channel partner (develop profile, best practices and procedures to easily deploy, process and on-board).
- Marketing Plan - Prepares an annual marketing plan for EMEACIS, and executes marketing programs and initiatives in conjunction with the US marketing team and the advertising agency to deliver on projects.
- Marketing supplier management
- Manage the relationship with the advertising agency and determine priorities and deadlines based on the marketing plan and ongoing marketing initiatives and priorities.
- Marketing processes - Coordinate requirements and request necessary approvals from the marketing team at Sullair LLC in the US, inter alia, the Sullair Blog, and assist with content as needed, including customer stories, whitepapers, web content, brochures, flyers, etc. Marketing plan and actions execution - Support the company’s social media presence and maintain excellent working relationship with advertising agency partner.
- Travel - Ability and willingness to travel internationally to tradeshows, company events or customer sites.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Business, Sales and/or Marketing fields with international exposure.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong desire for serving customers & good team player
- Proficiency in IT required. MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Highly motivated with ability to plan and execute goals
