**About the Online Marketing Executive role**:
We are seeking 1 Online CRM Marketing Executive for our marketing department. The Marketing department is responsible for both the new customers acquisition projects and for the loyalty and existing customers´ average cost maximization through CRM actions.

**Responsibilities will cover**:

- Generation of briefings and copy's.
- Generation of journeys.
- Definition of segments.
- Definition and execution of tests.
- Contribution to CRM strategy design.
- Contribution to the definition of CRM campaigns and promotions.
- Reporting testing and monitoring of acquisition and CRM campaigns under your responsibility.
- Contribution in the database creation processes in Selligent, data loading processes through SQL and synchronization processes.

**Experience & Skills**:

- At least 5 years' experience in managing CRM online.
- Selligent knowledge professional level.
- HTML and SQL
- Experience in reporting, testing and measurement of campaigns, creating valuable documents.
- You have a high capacity to analyze results, proposing improvements, new strategies, and innovative ideas.
- You are a team player, empathetic, organized and resolutive person.
- Professional level management of Excel and internal tools: Trello, Slack, Google Drive
- Nível alto de inglés.

**Desired**:

- Knowledge of other CRM tolos (Salesforce o Hubspot).
- Knowledge and management of analytical tools (Google Analytics).
- Google Adwords.

The position will report to the Teamlead Marketing and Data Analysis directly and requires immediate start.
