Sobre el Departamento de CRM:
Implementamos estrategias de CRM para obtener una visión 360 de los clientes con el fin de aumentar el ciclo de vida y mejorar la experiência de viaje para ayudar a nuestros clientes a tener un impacto positivo en los resultados.

Siempre hay margen para mejorar y profundizar en las relaciones con las personas. Por eso, una vez hemos puesto nuestros proyectos en marcha, trabajamos para continuar mejorándolos y haciéndolos más grandes.

Te encargarás de
Edición de plantillas de correo electrónico basadas en HTML.
Apoyo en reportes para evaluar los resultados y facilitar la toma de decisiones.
Colaboración en la definición de journeys y diseño de estrategias a implementar.

Debes cumplir estos requisitos:
Formación en Marketing o similar.
Conocimiento básico de herramientas de CRM (Salesforce Marketing cloud, Selligent o similar)
Conocimiento básico de edición de HTML.
Que seas una persona metódica y meticulosa, responsable y proactiva.
Que sepas trabajar en equipo y busques ayudar y facilitar el trabajo a los demás.

Y sería fantástico (pero no obligatorio)...
Que estés estudiando o realizando algún curso de alguna plataforma de CRM.
Si dominas de manera básica Excel y Power Point.
