Wir sind Hotelier, Reiseveranstalter, Gastgeber und Entertainer. **Deine Aufgabenbereiche**:
- **
Du fängst den Sommer mit deinem Smartphone ein**: Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Umsetzung des gesamten Social Media Auftritts in deinem Club sowie für die Erstellung des zielgruppenrelevanten Contents und stimmst das Posten mit unserem Team in der Zentrale ab.
- ** Du bist neugierig, trendbewusst und immer up-to-date** im Hinblick auf Tools, Social Media Plattformen, Influencer und Trends.
- Du testest und verwendest neue Features, wandelst Content für die verschiedenen Kanäle um, übernimmst redaktionelle Verantwortung sowie das Story
- und Feed-Management in Abstimmung mit unserer Zentrale.
- In deinem Verantwortungsbereich liegt die **Pflege und Betreuung der digitalen Kommunikationskanäle **innerhalb deines Clubs, wie zum Beispiel die Club Web App und die Daily Club News.
- Du organisierst und betreust Influencer Kooperationen in deinem Club.
- Du bist Gastgeber durch und durch und beteiligst dich aktiv am Clubgeschehen
**Unser Anforderungsprofil**:
- Du hast Lust auf einen (oder mehrere) Sommer im Club und lernst gerne neue Leute kennen.
- Du bist in der Welt der digitalen Medien zuhause und bringst Motivation, Wissbegierde und Engagement mit.
- Let’s be creative: Das Storytelling liegt dir im Blut, du erzählst authentische Stories und kannst mit deinem kreativen Input unsere Community begeistern.
- Instagram, Facebook und TikTok gepaart mit deiner Persönlichkeit = it’s a match
- Du bist immer am Puls der Zeit, kein Trend geht an dir vorbei und du bist in der Lage das Social Media Team mit deinen Impulsen und Ideen voranzubringen.
- Du bringst eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit.
- Du bist ein sprachliches Duo: Du sprichst fließend Social Media und Deutsch ist eine deiner Muttersprachen. Solltest du zufällig spanisch sprechen ist das ein Pluspunkt, aber abolut kein Muss.
- Einfühlungsvermögen, Offenheit für Neues und Begeisterungsfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus.
- Unseren ersten Coffee Talk am Morgen beginnst du direkt mit: „Habt ihr schon gesehen, was es nun Neues auf Instagram gibt?“
- Nicht nur hinter der Kamera, sondern auch gerne mal davor fühlst du dich absolut wohl.
