Job Responsibilities

As a Content Creator for B2B Thought Leadership, you will:

  • Screen long-form content to select the most suitable parts for social media posts
  • Craft posts for LinkedIn that will be distributed via the personal and company profiles of our B2B customers
  • Work closely with our clients to deliver the best copywriting for them
  • Analyze which content is best received and implement those insights to optimize future content
Requirements
  • You're an English native speaker (at least C2 level)
  • You're familiar with writing and developing social content for B2B
  • You've already created posts for LinkedIn or similar
  • You know how to independently research a wide variety of industry and specialist topics to write posts about
  • You have at least 3-6 years of experience in copywriting, creating social media posts, and writing blog posts for B2B companies
  • You are proactive and demonstrate high standards in terms of work ethic
  • You work very precisely and are detail-oriented
  • You are open to feedback and new ideas, want to develop yourself further, and enjoy learning new things
  • You have the ability to navigate a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with different stakeholders
Nice-to-Have
  • You have experience in a PR or a media agency
  • You know your way around SEO
  • You have an analytical/numerical approach to optimizing the performance of posts (A/B testing, etc.)
