You will be responsible for:
- Screening long-form content to select the most suitable parts for social media posts. The long-form content primarily originates from video casts that we produce with our clients.
- Crafting posts for LinkedIn that will be distributed via the personal and company profiles of our B2B customers. You'll be responsible for writing Text-Posts and collaborating with our Content Producers to create Video-Content, Pictures, etc.
- Working closely with our clients to deliver the best copywriting for them.
- Analyzing which content is best received and implementing those insights to optimize future content. Our main goal is to create content that resonates with our client's target customers (other decision-makers of B2B companies) and, in the best case, results in winning them as leads.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- English language proficiency (at least C2 level).
- Experience in writing and developing social content for B2B.
- A proven track record of creating posts for LinkedIn or similar platforms.
- The ability to independently research a wide variety of industry and specialist topics to write posts about.
- At least 3-6 years of experience in copywriting, creating social media posts, and writing blog posts for B2B companies.
- Proactivity and high standards in terms of work ethic.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- The ability to navigate a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with different stakeholders.
It would be beneficial if you have:
- Experience in a PR or a media agency.
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
- An analytical/numerical approach to optimizing the performance of posts (A/B testing, etc.).
