Job Title: YouTube Channel Producer Company Overview: Amuse Animation is a digital-first animation studio based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria with offices in Paris, London, and Beijing. Founded in 2016, the company focuses on incubating original IPs and third-party service work for 2D & 3D animation. Mission: At Amuse Animation, our goal is to create 360 universes that entertain, educate, and inspire young audiences worldwide. Our creative process revolves around putting the audience at the forefront and utilizing cutting-edge technologies to produce and share our content globally. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled YouTube Channel Producer to develop and execute strategies to enhance the visibility, reach, and engagement of our animated content for kids on YouTube and other video platforms. As part of Amuse's Content team, you will work closely with IP Managers and the Distribution Manager to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with video editors to repurpose existing animated content into compelling formats * Plan and organize the repurposed content strategy, creation, and calendar * Coordinate with production teams for timely content delivery * Develop the repurposed content editorial strategy and episodic briefs * Write and optimize titles, descriptions, and keywords * Work with graphic designers to create compelling thumbnails * Assist the Distribution Manager in creating and maintaining programming calendars Optimization and Analysis: * Analyze success factors and optimize thumbnails and metadata to improve click-through rates (CTR) * Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different formats or platforms to enhance content performance and growth metrics * Develop editorial strategies to boost audience engagement * Adapt video content for different platforms, ensuring optimization for platform-specific algorithms and audience preferences Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content initiatives with broader business goals Requirements: * Strong understanding of digital media and animation * Excellent communication and project management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with content optimization and analysis tools What We Offer: * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative animation studio * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities How to Apply: If you are a motivated and creative individual with a passion for digital media and animation, please submit your application.
