**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly motivated and creative Destination Content Creator to join our team at Aldiana Club Andalusien. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that showcases the beauty and charm of our resort.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute a social media content calendar that aligns with our brand's tone and voice
• Create engaging and high-quality content for our social media channels, including photos, videos, and captions
• Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in our social media messaging
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content decisions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and other stakeholders to promote our brand
• Contribute to the development of our content strategy and provide input on new ideas and initiatives

**Requirements**

• Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluency in German and English (Spanish is a plus)
