Join our team as a HR Coordinator to deliver operational HR services to support business requirements and contribute to the achievement of customer service delivery for our insurance business within Continental Europe.

Key Accountabilities:
- Providing support to the CE HR team in employee full life cycle processes (pre-onboarding, onboarding, development, retention and exit)- Input, update and maintain HR database, ensuring accuracy of information- Preparing data or information for payroll processing in a timely manner- Attending to HR-related inquiries from internal and external personnel-
- Assist on the management of payroll and related activities and ensuring accurate and timely payment of salary.- Working with the Global Mobility team to manage external relocations, tax and immigration vendors to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and contractual obligations- Responsible for projects and use systematic and generally accepted approach in tracking progress on projects or assignments-
- All functions to be performed in accordance with Everest target operating model, policies and specific procedure manuals, as amended from time to time- Ad-hoc duties will be assigned, as appropriate

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor or Diploma in HR, Business or relevant business field preferred- Demonstrated technical competence as evidenced by a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in HR role- Working knowledge of the European marketplace and legal specificities.- Language skills in English and 1-2 European languages, preferably Spanish and French- Ability to stay organized in a fast paced and high intensity work environment with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks- Willing to take initiative, function independently and be entrepreneurial with the highest standards of ethics and professionalism- Commitment to customer service as a differentiator- A preference for working collaboratively with colleagues- Strong interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal and written communication- Strong attention to detail- A willingness to continually learn
