Assist recruiters to manage job postings.Coordinate and communicate interview details to candidates, making sure they have all necessary information (detailed directions, interview logistics, etc.)Coordinate with Travel Manager & Office Managers and with internal stakeholders.Record invoices, employee and candidate expense reports, and any other financial information for the group.Host all candidates coming in house for a tour and getting them from interview to interview.Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and interviewing teams.Act as an ambassador of Nexthink and create a strong employer-of-choice brand.Attend and coordinate recruiting-related activities such as professional and college career fairs, when needed.Search best practices in candidates experience.Market analysis.#LI-Hybrid
CFC, Bachelor degree or equivalent.Minimum 1 year of prior administrative experience; 1 year of HR/Recruitment experience preferred.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy is key.You are comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.You are collaborative and a team player.Proficiency with usual Microsoft Office tools.Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal information.Ability to work under pressure.Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.Strong interest in technology would be a plus.We are 900+ employees strong in 21 countries across 8 different time zones speaking 60+ languages.
