Nowadays we are looking for a **Senior Talent Manager expert in Hospitality**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and be responsible for the selection process from start to finish (posting, search, interviews, offer management...).
- Manage Jr. and Sr. hospitality profiles and executive profiles.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the position, the role and how it fits into the organization.
- Manage requisitions in Spain and abroad.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with management to understand future staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet recruitment objectives.
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies for jobs in international markets, assessing and evaluating and understanding the dynamics of each market to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Contributing to and improving the employer brand, making the company an attractive destination for top talent in the hospitality sector.
- Collaborate with the departments.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced English
- Experience working with Hospitality and Tourism profiles
- Demonstrable experience in recruitment
- Studies in ADE-RRHH or similar
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the above-mentioned functions.
- Experience managing teams
- Extensive recruitment experience in Spain and international countries ( Italy, France,etc)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
