**Misión de la posición**:
- Conocer las características del hotel y del Palau de Congressos de Palma así como cualquier novedad: habitaciones, salones y capacidades, restaurantes, servicios, horas de funcionamiento, tarifas, políticas de contratación y servicio así como las globales de MHI y las del departamento.
- Trabajar en la cotización de _leads_, seguimientos, creación de _landings_ para grupos/eventos y elaboración de contratos y proformas, actualización en Opera cloud y Focus de leads.
- Asegurar que el material promocional necesario para la exitosa ejecución del trabajo del departamento comercial está actualizado (PCP, hoteles MHI de Mallorca, destino Mallorca, etc.). Adaptación de materiales atendiendo al segmento objetivo (_healthcare_, _automotive_ ).
- Apoyo en la organización de fam-trips.
- Coordinación visitas de inspección con los diferentes departamentos. Conocer todo el "story telling" para la correcta realización de visitas de inspección.
- Realizar un control y seguimiento de producciones, top accounts, desvíos significativos, análisis de competidores y captación de su negocio, reporte correspondiente de las diferentes acciones comerciales en las que participa.
- Elaboración mensual de estadísticas.
- Asegurar que las negociaciones y contratos con las diferentes empresas y otorgamientos de crédito a clientes se realicen de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos establecidos por MHI.
**¿ Qué buscamos?**
- Mínimo uno/dos años de experiência en hotel/agencia con alto componente de segmento MICE
- Nível avanzado de Inglés y Español, otros idiomas serán valorados
- Manejo de los principales programas de Office
- Conocimiento de Opera Cloud se valorará
- Predisposición a viajar si fuera necesario
