**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As Business Growth Manager for BIC Graphic Europe (BGE), reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be in charge of analyzing local markets and partnering with business to build adapted sales strategies in the region. Your main responsibilites will be:

- Creating a responsible culture of RGM throughout the entire organization and leading RGM initiatives in BGE
- Analysis competition pricing and services by country for all BGE product categories
- Analysis internal results by country in terms of real pricing applied and gap vs annual pricing strategy
- Analysis by country of real product performance and gap vs RGM proposal
- Preparation new annual proposal by country:

- BGE pricing strategy
- BGE assortment strategy
- BGE services strategy
- Collaborating with Operations and Sales and ensure alignment with Mktg strategy
- Performing rigorous data analysis to provide Operations, Sales and General Management with data to make sound business decisions
- Partnering with Business developers in customizing adequate tools for their channels

This job requires to be 70% onsite in Tarragona. Open to travel in Europe.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Marketing Degree required
- Fluent in English, other foreign languages are also appreciated.
- A minimum of 5 years experience is required, preferably in a multinational company.
- Sales experience will be an added value.
