The company is the market leader in Europe and due to its rapid global footprint and expansion, the Company is looking for an energetic CEO that assures future success of the Company within the group. The Company envisages to be the global top 3 players in the market. Growth strategy is based on "cloning" our automated production sites to new continents like the USA, South America, Australia etc and making a strong network of customers-agents worldwide.

The CEO will be responsible for: Strategic Leadership - Lead the development and execution of business, people, and process  strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth, expansion, and market leadership
Managing Daily Operations - Handling of the Company's personnel, production lines, sales, logistics, marketing activities etc.
Financial Management - Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization. Monitor key financial metrics, performance indicators, and market trends to make informed decisions and drive profitability.
Commercial Expansion Worldwide - Develop and execute market entry strategies for target regions, including market prioritization, entry modes, and go-to-market approaches to support market expansion efforts. Oversee, manage and support global agencies/ alliances.
Innovation and Technology – Lead the product evaluation, design, and implementation of new solutions according to market demand and enhance customer experiences.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - Cultivate strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels to support market expansion efforts.
Company Legal Representative - Represent the company in legal issues, including contracts, corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and litigation.
Organizational Design - Shaping and optimizing the organizational structure, processes, and systems to support the company's strategic objectives and drive performance.
Shareholder Value Assurance – Identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive initiatives that enhance shareholder value creation and promote sustainable growth.
Requirements Dynamic person
Strong leader – people manager – management skills
Experienced in working in international environment
Proven successful experience as CEO
Technical background: preferable (mechanic) engineer background with MBA management
Experienced in (re-)structuring company for future growth
Problem solver – long term result and growth oriented
High English level (business level) – Spanish
