Customer Service Team Leader Amercias**Funciones**:
- Representante de la clientela en la organización: servicio intermediario entre los clientes y otros departamentos de la empresa.
- Dar un nível alto de servicio atendiendo consultas de clientela a través del correo electrónico y el teléfono.
- Creación de ofertas comerciales en el sistema según requerimientos de la clientela.
- Recepción, gestión y registro de pedidos de venta en SAP: creación, confirmación, seguimiento y actualizaciones de stock dentro del pedido hasta su expedición.
- Control del stock: análisis y control del stock entrante en el almacén dando la fecha y asignación correcta en los pedidos abiertos.
- Gestión y seguimiento de pedidos de muestra según su tipología.
- Soporte y resolución de reclamaciones, incidencias y devoluciones de la clientela.
- Consolidación de cargas de acuerdo con los pedidos en curso.
- Creación y seguimiento de los contratos de clientela en el sistema. Revisión periódica.
- Mantener y actualizar la BBDD de la clientela en SAP.
- Asegurar la comunicación proactiva con la clientela: plazos, retrasos, disponibilidad de stock, etc.
- Manejo y envío de documentación específica relacionada con producto y pedidos: cartas de crédito, certificados de origen, facturas, etc. Y documentación técnica (TDS, SDS, COA, Halal, Kosher ).
- Cumplir con las normativas de prevención de riesgos laborales vigentes en la empresa.
- Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos tanto generales como específicos de la posición, así como asegurar la realización de todas las tareas al alcance para facilitar la consecución de los objetivos de la compañía.
**Requisitos**:
**Formación**:
- Ciclo formativo de grado superior en Empresariales, Turismo, Administración o similar.
**Conocimientos específicos**:
- Conocimiento nível avanzado del paquete Office.
**Conocimientos complementarios**:
- Conocimientos de nomenclatura del sector de aromas / fragancias, químico o similar.
- Conocimientos de SAP u otro ERP.
- Conocimientos de Comercio Internacional (INCOTERMS).
- Conocimientos de gestión de transporte internacional/exportación.
- Titulación en Postgrado en Perfumes y Fragancias, Mercado y Aplicaciones o Isipca.
**Idiomas**:
- Español: avanzado.
- Inglés: avanzado.
- Otro idioma: avanzado (valorable).
