Actualmente, estamos en búsqueda de un Customer Success Lead.

Nuestro partner, una start-up, **con HQ en Barcelona cuenta con** +**100 empleados** en poco más de 2 años, con presencia internacional y cuya aplicación, **con IA, ofrece distintas técnicas de marketing y growth,** con el objetivo de maximizar los beneficios a sus clientes (pymes), abriendo oficinas en Tenerife estamos buscando un referente que ayude a construir el equipo.

**El Rol**:
Buscamos un referente para el equipo que se está creando en Tenerife. Este rol puede interesarte si tienes un perfil "hands on", experiência en atención al cliente, ventas, SDR, y teleperfomance bajo entornos tecnológicos o SaaS.
Experiência en entornos B2B y/o B2C sirviendo a Micro-PYMES y/o clientes finales, utilizando herramientas de **CRM como Hubspot **y/o ClickUp.

**¿Cuál será tu misión?**
- Establecer procedimientos de Customer Success, para adaptarlo a las nuevas tendencias de mercado alineado con HQ.
- Desarrollar y gestionar la cartera de clientes.
- Establecer buenas relaciones con los clientes que contribuyan a objetivos claros de retención.
- Analizar los datos de los clientes para mejorar la experiência de cliente.
- Upsell y crossell de servicios y productos con los que trabajamos.
- Realizar el onboarding de nuevos clientes y ayudar a mejorarlo.
- Revisar las preocupaciones de los clientes y buscar mejorar la experiência del mismo.
- Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para la creación de material que pueda ser de interés para nuestros clientes. Coordinar y colaborar con diferentes departamentos (Operaciones, tecnología, etc.) para mejorar la satisfacción del cliente y mejorar nuestra propuesta de valor.

**Qué necesitamos**:

- Eres una persona con al menos** 3-4 años de experiência en rol de CS.**:

- Estás familiarizado con herramientas de gestión y CRM como hubspot o similar.
- Un perfil persuasivo, motivado y un problem solver con don de gentes.
- Coordinas ya equipos o tienes la capacidad de ser un referente en tu equipo. Buscas dar el merecido salto.
- Un fuerte defensor del cliente con la capacidad y la voluntad de interactuar directamente con los clientes con una comunicación clara y asertiva.
- Las habilidades para ser un tomador de decisiones, con voluntad de experimentar e interactuar con los diferentes stakeholders en la empresa y proponer mejoras.
- Colaborador eficaz y productivo para impulsar iniciativas multifuncionales.
- Empatía, humildad y capacidad de escucha.
- Inglés es un plus
