**The Position**

We are looking for a **Senior Consolidation Reporting Analyst **for our** **Group Finance team to work together on different initiatives related to accounting and consolidation by focusing on process improvement and implementation.

You will play a key part in the implementation of the accounting policies and consolidation reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support financial statements consolidation in line with SP GAAP, UK GAAP and IFRS
- Conduct technical discussions with the external auditors
- Support trend and gap analysis and develop and implement process improvements based on the analysis performed
- Evaluate the impact of business changes and new policies on local GAAP vs. IFRS financial statements
- Draft and update work-related documentation and accounting guidelines
- Provide support to external and internal audit teams, as required, in connection with UK GAAP, IFRS consolidation year-end audit, controls testing and any other ad-hoc audit queries
- Take initiative and actively participate in optimization projects on the various processes and for the various regions in the Group

**You have**:

- At least 3-5 years of previous experience in a Big 4 auditing TMT companies, scale-ups, and publicly listed entities
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Accounting professional equivalent
- Technical understanding/knowledge and experience in preparing consolidation of financial statements and having worked in an HQ/Group function of large companies
- Strong Excel skills and finance system skills
- Experience with Spanish GAAP and IFRS
- Full fluency in English is a must

**Nice if you also have**:

- At least 3-4 years of experience in an accounting function
- An adaptable and eager skillset to deliver on multiple competing deadlines
- Experience leading teams and participating in cross-functional projects
- Experienced using ERP systems (Netsuite preferable, but not essential)
- Experience in systems implementation
- Preparation of external reporting and internal reporting to senior management
- High level of French
- Being involved in an IPO
