Saas Product Manager

As a Product Manager/Owner, you will play a crucial role in defining, developing, and delivering innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and drive product strategy and roadmap based on research, feedback, and goals
- Lead product development, including requirements, prioritization, and team collaboration
- Define product vision and ensure alignment across stakeholders for customer-centric outcomes
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer analysis for innovation opportunities
- Champion user-centric design principles for an intuitive user experience
- Drive agile product development, working on sprints
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for feedback, updates, and alignment
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for successful product launches
- Define and monitor key metrics, conduct data analysis, and make data-driven decisions
- Proactively identify areas for product improvement and enhance value, usability, and competitiveness
- Ability to manage expectations from the stakeholders or customers when plans are delayed
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of work experience as a Product Manager/Owner or similar role
- Experience using Jira on a daily basis
- Strong understanding of product management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and solve complex business challenges
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and a customer-centric mindset
- Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
