**Votre rôle**:
Dans le cadre d’une création de poste pour accompagner la croissance du marché français, nous recherchons un Customer Marketing Manager pour intégrer une équipe dynamique et passionnée.

Le Customer Marketing Manager sera notre expert catégorie et marque en face de nos clients les plus importants du circuit spécialisé, et définira avec eux des plans activant les 4P du mix marketing client. Le Customer Marketing Manager mettra en place des plans personnalisés, en fonction des stratégies des clients, en intégrant les priorités business et les stratégies de nos marques. La personne recrutée sera également un membre important pour nourrir les équipes marques avec les retours clients et aura la possibilité de mettre en place des activations innovantes en testant de nouvelles initiatives.

**Ce que vous ferez**
- ** Leadership en Matière d'Innovation et de Référencement Client**:

- Développer des présentations et des éléments de visibilité.
- Coordonner les projets critiques tels que les pré-lancements et le suivi des délais.
- Participation Active aux Réunions Top-to-Top avec les Key Account Managers.
- Analyse des Données Sell-in et Sell-out pour Adapter les Plans Commerciaux.
- ** Développement de la Vision Catégorielle pour Chaque Client**:

- Élaborer des recommandations d'assortiment adaptées à chaque client.
- Mettre en place des actions merchandising personnalisées.
- Coconstruire des plans promotionnels et des dispositifs de visibilité supplémentaires.
- Analyse Approfondie des Actions Promotionnelles pour En Tirer des Enseignements.
- Assurer une Approche Cohérente des Promotions Entre Tous les Clients.
- Définir des Supports de Communication pour Mettre en Avant les Avantages de nos Produits.
- Gestion des Événements en Magasin pour les Principaux Clients.
- ** Expertise des Données et des Performances Client**:

- Suivre et analyser les données de performance.
- Restituer les données dans les instances de décision pour le marché français.
- ** Veille Concurrentielle et Expansion du Marché**:

- Développer des présentations et des initiatives pour étendre la présence de nos marques.
- Participer activement aux réunions de fonctionnement du pays.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent. (Bac +5)
- + 3 ans d’expérience préalable dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans l'industrie des biens de consommation.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation.
- Competence Analytique et appétance pour les chiffres
- Capacité démontrée à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Forte orientation vers les résultats et capacité à résoudre les problèmes.
- Français et anglais courrant
