Reporting to our Iberia Sales Development Manager, you will be accountable for the development and execution of trade campaigns across the Iberia market supporting the business strategies to ensure company growth in the channel.Sales analysis (internal, market, and clients' sales)Market competitors' analysis (promotions, brochures, prices)Preparation of presentations for clientsDesign of brochures, mailings, and other CRM and advertising materials for clientsDevelopment of ad-hoc projects for clients: planograms design, website review and analysis, development of POS events (materials, hostesses)What you will doPrepare and manage the Promotional plan for Brands and channels:Development of the Promotional activities with close monitoring of their impact on the market (promo days, coupons, promo sell out)Management and coordination of the suppliers for the development of the POP material (POS/Gadget/Exhibitors/Leaflet)Communicate to the sales Team / Point of Sales the promo initiativesSales analysis (internal, market, and clients' sales): Qualitative and quantitative analysis and follow up of the results of each initiative vs. the expected impactDefinition of the guidelines for the correct use and implementation of the POP material in the Point of Sales to guarantee the Brand visibilityCreation and implementation of ad hoc activities for each clientPreparation of presentations for clientsDesign of brochures, mailings, and other CRM and advertising materials for clientsDevelopment of ad-hoc projects for clients: planograms design, website review and analysis, development of POS events (materials, hostesses)Monitor and control of the AP expenses, according to the assigned budgetAt least 20% of his/her time, the resource will be present on the field to follow up and align Sales guidelinesSupport the Sales Development Manager in the monitoring of the Channel/Clients market dynamics, by performing qualitative and quantitative analysis.Work transversally with the direct and indirect sales team structure and with the local Marketing Team.What we are looking forDegree in Economics or similar1-2 years of experience in a similar position within an FMCG businessExperience in the field will be a plusFluency in EnglishExcellent analytical skillsAble to practice active listening to market inputsResults drivenFlexible and able to work in a multifunctional teamGood communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
