LA OPORTUNIDAD:
Estamos buscando a un Junior Brand Manager para formar parte del equipo en el área de Marketing Personal Care.
Es una gran oportunidad para trabajar con las categorías de cuidado personal y con las marcas Axe y Rexona. Apoyarás en el desarrollo del plan de marketing de las marcas mencionadas y la gestión diaria de las mismas.
Podrás llevar a cabo proyectos de cooperación con un equipo multifuncional para implementar planes de mercado, monitorizando la evolución de las actividades. Todo esto colaborando con diferentes departamentos como Trade Marketing, Finanzas, Supply Chain, CMI, Legal, Brand Development o proveedores de servicios.
Está posición está ubicada en nuestras oficinas centrales de Barcelona (Viladecans).
CONTRIBUIRÁS A TRAVÉS DE:
- Gestión de proyectos con Brand Development en función de los insights locales y proyectos multicategoría (Personal Care).
- Apoyo en el desarrollo de los planes y estrategias globales de las marca y las categorías, así como del desarrollo de actividades de dinamización de las mismas.
- La coordinación de:
- Activaciones hasta la implementación en el Punto de Venta.
- La agencia de medios para la implementación de planes de Comunicación.
- La agencia digital e implementación de estrategias online.
- La previsión de ventas y contacto con Supply Chain.
- El seguimiento y el control de:
- Diferentes categorias, principalmente con herramientas de venta internas. USG, GP y P&L, así como su evolución y diagnóstico.
- Análisis de mercado, de la competencia y la captura de tendencias.
- Oportunidades y mejoras en base al análisis.
- Presupuestos de las marcas Axe y Rexona.
- Activaciones llevadas a cabo, como parte de los planes de comunicación.
LO QUE NECESITARÁS PARA TENER ÉXITO:
- Grado en Marketing, ADE, o similar.
- 2 años de experiência previa en posiciones de marketing.
- Conocimientos en Nielsen y Kantar.
- Ser una persona dinámica, proactiva y con alta capacidad analítica.
- Poseer habilidades de organización y trabajo en equipo, con capacidad para gestionar la complejidad.
- Conocimiento del consumidor, del mercado y clara orientación al negocio.
- Nível alto de Microsoft Office.
- Imprescindible fluidez en castellano e inglés.
