**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
We’re looking for a Brand Manager Assistant to join our team within the Beauty & Personal Care area at Unilever.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in the development of the national Brand Marketing Plan (BMP), within the Beauty & Personal Care plan guidelines, to meet company goals.

This position is based in our Barcelona (Viladecans) HQ.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- **Brand Vision Plan (BVP)**:

- Support the brand building manager in translation of the BVP into the Brand Marketing Plan (BMP)
- **Brand Marketing Plan**:

- Support the brand manager to develop and deploy the brand marketing plan by assisting in the execution of the integrated activity schedule.
- Responible for the brand and competitors performance analysis (sell in & sell out analysis) by constantly evaluating support activities.
- Leads adaptation of brand communication assets.
- Monthly control of brand budget.
- Identifies solutions and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
- Assist the brand building manager in launch management; building launch plans and channel strategies (promotions, media and POS), Customer sell-in and legal & regulatory issues.
- Deliver specific brand projects.
- Assist in the brand’s day to day operational activities including monitoring of brand performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Build productive working relationship with Trade Marketing, Global Marketing, R&D, CMI, Finance and Supply Chain to manage the brand’s day to day operations

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 2+ years previous experience in an FMCG company
- You’re creative, empathetic, and are passionate about brands & consumers
- Proven leadership and strategic planning abilities
- Strong analytical skills are essential
- High level of Excel, PPT, and Word
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required
