**Context**:

- The mission of the team is to provide a fluid user experience while keeping risk levels under control: it is therefore a matter of thinking about decision filters, specific to each perimeter, which are increasingly automated, in line with regulations, fast, inexpensive and allow for the exclusion of non-creditworthy clients.
- The team is therefore at the heart of Younited Credit's reactor and is involved in all of the company's projects within the framework of the corresponding decision processes, in collaboration with the product, data science and partnership teams...
- You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the company's business strategy and will be responsible for the implementation of the company's business plan.
- This is a cross-functional position with a multitude of topics to cover and the main mission is to enable Younited to optimise its decision-making strategy.

**Your responsibilities will be...**:

- **1) Define and steer the decision-making strategy, knowing how to be pragmatic and short-termist but also visionary**:

- Analyse the performance of the area under responsibility
- Monitor the production, risk and cost levels of the credit portfolios and propose appropriate optimisation plans,
- Interact daily with the Business, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure that their processes and objectives allow for optimal management of production levels, risk and operational and marketing costs,

2) Participate in the management of the projects resulting from the decisions you will have validated upstream**:

- Verify that the implemented features correspond to the "product" target defined at the project design stage,
- Document and communicate on new features developed and improvements,
- Ensure the transmission of knowledge Decision strategy to the business teams that ensure the success of Younited,
- **
3) Participate in building the International Credit Strategy Management team**:

- Assist in the enrichment of processes and tools to determine, monitor and continuously optimise the decision strategies of existing perimeters,
- In collaboration with our international teams, develop innovative risk and recovery optimisation tools and statistical analysis methods for monitoring performance,
- Participate in the dissemination of best practices in risk monitoring and control.
- **4) Act as an ambassador for the project to internal (Comex, CEO countries) and external stakeholders
