**Job Description**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR intern to assist in administrative work and day to day HR activities. The intern is expected to have a reasonable knowledge of labor laws and latest company policies to ensure smooth compliance.

As part of the HR Team, this person will provide human resources support to the local People Services (PS) team in Spain, mainly in the following areas:

- Employment contracts management.
- Leave permits management (statutory communications: maternity, paternity, sick leaves...).
- Social Security communications.
- Posted Worker communications (Social security, labor authorities...).
- Using HR best practices, provides guidance on typical employee relations/HR issues to operations.
- Ensures compliance with all state, federal and corporate HR regulations and laws.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate/pursuing bachelor's degree in **Employment Relations**.
- Be able to sign an University Agreement for internship.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and corporate legislation.
- Ability to work with HRIS software will be advantageous, Workday is a plus.
- Strong desire to solve problems by working in teams.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
