**What you’ll do (The role)**

**SUMMARY**

The Asset Services group manages operational solar assets across the world, providing specialist commercial and technical skills aimed at delivering the best returns for both LSbp and for its client owners.

Asset Services runs a Global Performance and Monitoring team which conducts action-oriented analysis to drive performance, as well as real-time monitoring services for the UK Operations & Maintenance (O&M) business. The role will sit within the Asset Management function of Asset Services but will be given the opportunity to understand and contribute to the various departments within this wider group.

You will work as part of a busy in-house Asset Management team providing technical and commercial services on both LSbp and 3rd party assets. Key to this role is the ability to work as part of a team, collaborating across functions and with a positive, problem-solving approach to work.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Direct support for continuous improvement workshops - including ideas collation and action tracking.
- Support to the contractual year process, such as reviewing evidence and data systems to confirm contractual obligations have been met.
- Proactive Ofgem audit prep for unaudited sites / third party portfolios
- Attend client meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions log.
- Document Management and review of Proactive Maintenance statuses
- Support prep of future import/export tenders
- Support the team who are building the new marketing material for Asset Management EMEA
- Use of The Learning Hub (LSbp’s digital learning platform) for personal development
- Direct support for the implementation of the new Enterprise Asset Management System
