**Job description**
Con vistas al lanzamiento de sus actividades directas en España a partir del 9 de diciembre de 2022, Delta Light busca un Technical Manager.

Como Technical Manager, organizará la asistencia a clientes internos y externos con problemas técnicos y preguntas sobre nuestra gama de productos. También se encargará de las tareas administrativas adicionales.

Proporcionará formación técnica sobre productos en toda España a empleados y partners o especificadores.
- Construirá una relación a largo plazo con los clientes apoyándolos en proyectos y ofreciéndoles un servicio óptimo:

- Tanto los clientes como los colegas pueden contactarlo con sus problemas técnicos y preguntas
- Donará soporte técnico de primera línea y enviará datos técnicos;
- Preparará cotizaciones para reparaciones y les hará seguimiento;
- Registrará quejas y devoluciones;
- Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos de soporte (I+D, planificación, logística, contabilidad, servicio técnico) para obtener todos los datos relevantes y correctos. Hará sugerencias para mejorar cuando sea posible.
- Se asegurará de una correcta administración:

- Verificará la información en SAP y en el sitio web de Delta Light;
- Preparará expedientes técnicos, devoluciones y pedidos;
- Llenará la base de datos de quejas;
- se mantendrá informado sobre los últimos productos y servicios proporcionados por Delta Light.

**Profile**
- Se necesita diploma técnico o equivalente a través de la experiência.
- Te apasiona la tecnología: iluminación LED, sistemas de dimming, domótica, IOT.
- Eres un gran comunicador y sabes cómo extraer la información correcta de las conversaciones.
- Hablas español con fluidez. Inglés es imprescindible.
- Los conocimientos de SAP son activos adicionales.
- Eres organizativamente fuerte, puntual y convincente.
