A vacancy for an Expert Material Master Data Steward (M/F/d) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space San Pablo. The successful applicant will join "TZE - ERP Program".

**Job description**:
In Airbus Defence and Space (AD), the different backgrounds of our history have brought us an equally large variety of legacy systems. In order to perform our digital transformation, and to modernize our digital environment, two divisional lighthouse programs have been introduced to implement a comprehensive plan for strong harmonization and simplification of both our ERP landscape driven by the ERP Program and the end to end product data continuity driven by DDMS.

A crucial element in the achievement of this initiative is the set-up, implementation and governance of harmonized Master Data Management within but not limited to the DDMS and ERP environment. This allows to improve the quality of our data in the target landscape, improve our ways of working in a digital era and to streamline processes end-to-end. This will drive significant efficiency gains in the implementation of the overall ERP Roadmap and DDMS landscape.
***Tasks and Accountability**
- **Analyse the actual business processes and translate them into data flow and usage,**:

- **Develop the design based on best practices,**:

- **Ensure the buy-in of all stakeholders,**:

- **Provide migration guidelines considering the legacy data and the target design,.**:

- **Support IM and the impacted businesses at deployment.**

**2) Connect the value streams to the data.**
- **Work closely with business stakeholders and the local material master data stewards to document master data needs,**:

- **Define accordingly data standards and KPI's to secure a high data quality across related functions and systems,**:

- **Create data reports and conduct master data audits regularly.**

**3) Support the definition and deployment of methods, standards and processes in BMS**

**4) Support local data custodians, escalating operational issues, by analyzing the root causes and implementing solutions based on the master data framework**

**Requirements**:

- **Degree in Engineering + Master´s degree in related field**:

- **3-5 years of experience, ideally working with Material Master Data concepts**:

- **Excellent communication skills, high level of English, active participation in international meetings, negotiation and teamwork capabilities**:

- **Problem-solving skills and proactive mindset**
