Toma de requerimientos y traducción de estos en soluciones técnicas junto al equipo de desarrollo.
- Aplicación de Metodologías ágiles (Scrum o Kanban según convenga).
- Asignación de tareas y seguimiento de estas.
- Asegurar el delivery de los proyectos acorde a los timmings estipulados.
- Comunicación constante entre departamentos.
- Reporting directo a Dirección tecnológica.

- Al menos 2 años de experiência en el sector tecnológico.
- Al menos 2 años de experiência como IT Project Manager o Scrum Master.
- Buenos conocimientos de la industria del Software y aspectos asociados.
- Capacidad de entendimiento sobre requerimientos tecnológicos.
- Experiência aplicando metodologías ágiles (Scrum o Kanban).

El equipo de TI está compuesto por un equipo de 8 personas y actualmente estamos en búsqueda de alguien que pueda convertirse en el/la referente tecnológico del departamento de backend.

Stack tecnológico: Python, Django, Pytest, Github, Vue.js, MySQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Remote Work (3 días en casa y 2 en oficina céntrica de BCN).

Trabaja como Project Manager para una de las empresas referentes en el sector Insurtech.

Tus principal función consistirá en aplicar metodologías ágiles y asegurar así el delivery de los proyectos de Software a realizar en la compañía.

Asigna tareas, prioriza aquellas más importantes y consigue que tanto stakeholders internos y externos queden satisfechos.
