Desde la división de Industria de Hays Barcelona me encuentro en búsqueda de un **Project Manager** con experiência en **sector plástico.**

La empresa, con una trayectoria desde **1987**, se dedica al mundo del plástico, especializándose en la **extrusión y reciclado** de este material. Aunque no son jóvenes en el mercado, su mentalidad es fresca y abierta. Representan a empresas líderes a nível mundial y venden equipos fabricados en todo el mundo, con centros de producción en **Austria, Alemania e Italia**.
- ** Perfil del Candidato**:

- ** Puesto**:Project Manager**:

- ** Idiomas**: Imprescindible **inglés** (comunicación diaria y continua con las representadas) y **idioma adicional**.
- ** Experiência**: Persona técnica con experiência en el **sector plástico**.
- ** Formación**: Ingeniería química, industrial o química.

**Responsabilidades**:

- ** Formación y Conocimiento**: Se proporcionará formación en conocimiento de máquinas y mercado, así como una cartera de clientes.
- ** Gestión de Clientes**: La cartera actual consta de **100-150 clientes**, con potenciales adicionales (40-50).
- ** Canal de Venta**: Se enfoca en **OEMs compuestos** y **OEMs de fabricación de materia prima a través de extrusión**.
- ** No gestionará equipo**: Cada Project Manager gestiona su propio departamento.
- ** Soporte**: Tendrá un perfil Back office para brindar apoyo en marketing, ferias y otras necesidades.
- ** Prospección**: Se dedicará principalmente a prospectar nuevos departamentos.
- ** Viajes**: Disponibilidad para viajar un **30% del tiempo** por España y Portugal, ocasionalmente visitando las representadas en Alemania, Italia y Austria.
- ** Salario**: Banda salarial de **32-36k (negociable)** más variable (bonus de venta) y revisiones salariales.
- ** Independencia**: Reportará a Gerencia, pero no requiere reportes continuos. Se evaluará el plan de trabajo para asegurar coherencia.
