Junior HR Partner with Focus On Recruitment

Due to our rapid expansion, we are now looking to hire a fulltime **Junior HR Business partner with focus on talent acquisition & general HR support.**

**What will you do?**
- You collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
and plan how to execute the search in collaboration with the HR managers & team leads of the different teams.
- You write and/or adapt job descriptions and post them on the appropriate channels, using our Recruitee platform and LinkedIn Recruiter Seat
- You participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand.
- You build strong relationships with universities, network groups, industry associations, and other talent sources.
- You collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes.
- You are open to give general HR support where needed in calmer recruitment periods

**What makes you a perfect match?**
- Fluent English - any other language is a plus
- Relevant experience in HR administrative support and/or recruitment tasks is an extra plus but we welcome new joiners in the world of HR as well
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- You are known for your good organizational skills & ability to juggle with tasks
- A “can-do” attitude, a mind-set of process improvement and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliability, trustworthiness and maintaining confidentiality
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
