Our client is an international pharmaceutical company and a leader in the Spanish dermatology market, specializing in solutions to skin conditions and needs. They are looking for new talent to be part of their customer care team at their headquarters in Barcelona.

You would be a great fit if you have a passion for social media networks, excellent English and Spanish communications skills and two years of experience with customer-facing jobs

Tasks
- Advising customers on product queries through digital channels
- Resolve consumer operational issues
- Analyze and monitor interactions on social media
- Support of the external customer service department

**Requirements**:

- Two years experience in customer service or client-facing jobs
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of different social media channels
- Interest in cosmetics or pharmaceutical products
- An extra language such as French or Portuguese is a big plus
