- Publication of offers in Spanish and English.
- CV screening.
- Attend and participate on interviews.

Payroll and Admin:
- Control and registration of extra personnel coming to cover the peaks of demand.
- Preparing documents our associates may need for burocratic transactions.
- Internal admin tasks such as the creation of the personal files of our employees, monthly birthdays' calendar.

Engagement, Training and Quality:
- Involved on the onboarding experience of new associates such as planning the induction training program, welcome package, uniform fitting, etc.
- Organisation of internal events to create a good working atmosphere aligned with our company culture.
- Assist with internal quality audits and trainings to ensure our quality standards are consistently delivered.
