We are looking for a Service Coordinator, for a temporary contract.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Enter and manage requests linked to instrumentation into the service management’s software
- Manage service requests from quotation to delivery and customer satisfaction
- Manage invoicing, issue of credit/debit notes, and return of goods
- Identify, develop, and implement improvements of Service Coordination processes and procedures
- Adhere to Quality Management System procedures and team objectives
- Ensure good cross department communication and interaction
- Achieve specific targets/Metrics assigned from either a personal or team objective perspective
- Support in monitoring and updating database of installed systems
- Support in following-up Preventive Maintenance and providing activation code when needed
- Follow up on KPI
- Performs additional tasks as assigned by the Service Coordinator Manager

TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education or Experience (in years):

- High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 1-2 years of relevant work experience

Knowledge and skills:

- Fluent English (written and oral) is required (additional languages would be an advantage - French, Italian, German, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish)
- International trade rules knowledge (incoterm, custom )
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to positively cope with change
- Familiar with SAP (or similar ERP System) and/or CRM system (preferably Salesforce)
- Able to follow complex procedures and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works independently in a structured manner with the ability to prioritize critical tasks
- Builds collaborative work relationships with different teams
- Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
