**The Challenge**:
We're looking for an **Account Manager (German speaking)** to join our dynamic and high performing team. In this role, you will act as trusted advisor, providing exceedingly high standards of customer service to OneTrust's Accounts (1000-2000 employees). The OneTrust Account Manager will manage the customer relationship post implementation, strengthening relationships, enhancing overall user experience, maximizing product usage, and offering relevant and tailor-made advice and guidance. You will act as the primary advocate for our customers, engaging resources across OneTrust to enable the adoption and expansion of the OneTrust product. OneTrust is a fast-growing SaaS enterprise platform with a strong growth trajectory. We invest heavily in our Sales Team through demand generation, methodology-driven sales philosophy, weekly sales trainings, customer-driven roadmaps, and a readily-available executive team to help close deals.

**Your Mission**:
In this role, you will proactively build and maintain strategic trusted advisor relationships with OneTrust clients. You'll act as a strategic partner and thought leader for your clients to drive usage, adoption and value and proactively collect, analyze and share customer feedback with colleagues in the professional services, sales, and R&D teams.

In this role you will also:

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters and handle challenging client requests
- Develop contracts and execute contract negotiations with a focus on uplift and close renewal agreements
- Manage ongoing customer needs effectively to drive high customer retention and loyalty
- Own the development and strategy of risk mitigation or escalation plans if needed and manage the internal execution and delivery
- Identify growth opportunities, recommend additional OneTrust products and services when appropriate, and build business/value cases around achieving these goals with the customer
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual qualified meeting and revenue goals

**You Are**:
You know how to build lasting relationships within accounts, develop internal OneTrust champions and become a Trusted Advisor to technical decision makers and influencers. You can anticipate issues and know how to take appropriate action and have a proven ability to develop business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas as well as identify areas of growth with strong communication skills in English.

**Your experience includes**:

- Fluent in German
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience in customer success, customer support, and/or account management as well as some experience in the SAAS industry
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding target goals
- Previous experience with contracts and contract negotiations and project/program management experience
- An associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent military or professional experience in a related field

- CIPP/E Certified and previous experience in privacy/security/third party risk/consent management
