**Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle process, including onboarding, contracts, and exits
- Ensure all HR administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Handle requests and provide guidance regarding maternity and paternity leave policies and procedures
- Serve as the main point of contact for the HR team, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and teams across multiple regions, both nationally and internationally
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations in France, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
- Assist in HR projects and initiatives, taking an active role in process improvements and streamlining HR operations
- Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR-related queries, policies, and procedures
**Core Skills/experience**:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations or a related field, preferably in a large international company
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations specific to France is desirable
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in HR systems and tools, with experience in maintaining HR databases
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
