**Job Description**:
This transversal role is pivotal to the sales process and customer experience, requiring coordination with multiple colleagues across various teams, including Sales Executives, Account Managers, Sustainability Analysts, Marketing, IT and Solution teams.

The Regulatory Center of Excellence is a new formalized function with the responsibility for Go-To-Market (GTM) / Frontline coordination and development of the regulation-driven customer journey and in collaboration with the Solutions team and the Solution Manager, Regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for the GTM/Frontline coordination and development of the regulation-driven customer journey
- Lead a small and growing team of regulatory experts with the Solution Consulting team to carry out the responsibilities described below
- Organize and maintain ongoing regulation research on supply chain due diligence, traceability, sustainability reporting and sustainable finance
- Ensure that the entire Solution Consulting team is kept up-to-speed on the regulatory landscape and can extend collective regulatory expertise to customers globally
- Proactively communicate regulatory trends and updates to the Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams
- Prepare high quality solution demonstrations and answer prospects’ and customers’ functional and technical questions (meetings, tenders/questionnaires) on regulatory topics, with the ability to explain in detail EcoVadis solution alignment and value proposition
- Pilot additional services when specific sustainability expertise is required to support customer programs for regulatory matters, assessing the success of such pilots for potential development of standard services and program support.
- Continuously support frontline teams, prospects and customers to better understand EcoVadis solution capabilities in relation to their sustainability regulatory priorities and program expectations
- Facilitate and deliver effective training to frontline teams
- Provide feedback by relaying solution enhancements and future roadmap requirements depending on relevant regulatory criteria to Product, New Solutions, in particular the to Regulatory Solution Manager, and to the Rating Methodology teams, acting as an advocate for prospect and customer regulatory needs to the business, intensifying issues quickly
- Support the Marketing team with content creation about existing and upcoming regulations related to supply chain due diligence, sustainable finance and sustainability-related disclosures.

**Qualifications**:

- Subject matter expert in sustainability, with in-depth knowledge of the supply chain regulatory landscape and trends in sustainability reporting
- 4yrs+ professional legal experience or 4yrs+ in sustainability management, consulting or other relevant business experience
- 2yrs+ in a management role
- Leadership and strategic vision is key for this role: the ability to set a path autonomously with input from SC leaders and senior stakeholders, including the ability to manage people constructively in a dynamic rapidly evolving business environment
- Experience in delivery of consulting services involving multiple stake-holders
- Adaptability is key: the ability to navigate a fast-growing organization and take a flexible approach in the dynamic, fast moving field of sustainability, ESG and sustainable procurement
- Bachelor's Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred (Sustainability, Law and/or Business)
- Critical reasoning skills in order to identify problems and provide solutions quickly
- Analytical, organized, detail oriented, multitasking, and disciplined. Proven fast learners, self-motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as well as presentation skills are key. Additional language skills are a significant plus, specifically German, French
- Client-facing experience
- Open minded, curious and enthusiastic
